Add VoLTE

The functions of collecting, sorting, converting, billing, and distributing Mandarin bills enable the recognition of VoLTE data bills in TAP bills and the recognition and deduction of VoLTE traffic bills in GGSN bills. Transform to Oracle, introduce the big data environment Hbase for detailed order storage, introduce big data for statistical analysis, and write the result data back into the open source and free MySQL database. Perform adaptive modifications to replace Oracle for applications that use the IRCN2 library in the system. The disaster recovery function includes functions such as data synchronization, data consistency check, data migration, data synchronization status monitoring, and application health monitoring.
